If you want help planning each and every area of your wedding, then the 'Gold Package' offered with a generous discount, would be the best selection. It's up to you! The 'day of wedding coordinator' service includes:
Before the wedding:One (2 hour) meeting up to 30 days before the wedding to go over all wedding details. Wedding Rehearsal at wedding venue before the wedding. Contact and check in with all wedding vendors the day before the wedding.
Wedding Day:Up to 5 hours day of wedding coordination. Direct and que all participating vendors. Greet and direct wedding guests. Make sure everything is on schedule and going according to plan. Calm members of the wedding party, assisting them with any concerns. (The day of coordinator may be selected on its own for $350) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
