If you've ever searched wedding cakes on Pinterest you've certainly seen the oh so adorable ombre ruffled cakes with a gazillion likes and repins. Those delicate little ruffled layers blending smoothly into soft shades of different colors... they're simply charming!

We're excited to share this amazing tutorial we found on YouTube by cake artist Anna Ellison of Charm City Cakes West. We are absolutely mesmerized by her brilliant work. We know it can't possibly be as simple as she makes it look... but it would sure be fun to try!
