Wedding Dessert Buffets { Love Is Sweet! }

I love the idea of dessert and candy buffets at weddings, especially those that are relaxed and kid friendly. It's like a mini Willy Wonka paradise so charmingly displayed on a table. It brings smiles to everyones faces (not only the kids - we adults like sweets too!), and makes a wonderful conversation starter. It's also, of course, very friendly for the camera! Brightly colored bubbly candies, swirly oversized lollipops, and mouth watering cupcakes... it's a treasure chest for the photographers, especially those with a vintage flair.

No longer are the dramatic and formal ways we have grown up believing weddings should be. Today's weddings are often sweetly simple and to the point: Eat, drink & be merry! Here are just a few of the scrumptious displays I have stumbled upon.

Label sweets using cards, tags or chalkboards to help guests make their selections.

And, of course, it's always nice to top off dessert with a cup of coffee or glass of milk!
